🩷We get by with a little help from our Mamas🩷

What it is to have a tribe like ours 🥹 As lots of you will know, we've been incredibly fortunate and grateful to have had some step-in support over the last couple of weeks whilst Rhi has been off.

Big, BIG thank you to Chloe, Natalie and Lucy who have helped out with Strength & Sculpt and our Twilight Women's Strength & Fitness sesh - not only by demonstrating exercises, but also by keeping up the good vibes and being such great company 🔥

Minimal disruption was always our biggest goal, and we are so grateful to you all for helping make this possible ✨️

It's been maternity cover that not one of you expected to be covering 😂

Alex embraced the downpour in Kingswood today, ready and raring to go as always, but luckily made use of the polytunnel so everyone got a warm and dry workout this morning! 🙌

Yesterday's Kingswood sesh was 🔥!!

What lovely feels we had: a welcome breeze at points, shade from the trees, Minis enjoying a picnic and some scooting around! 🌳 It's a proper little social 😍

And let's not forget the expected rogue-ness of the session...lots of you had never used mini bands before 💪 Never underestimate the power of those bad boys! We certainly hope those arms and legs are feeling it today 😝

Don't forget Kingswood sessions are totally FREE to attend, thanks to funding from South Gloucestershire Council ✨️ We always have room for more, and we will be there throughout the summer ☀️
