Ashley Dance Company is a dance school based in Thetford, Norfolk, offering a range of professional & affordable lasses for both children and adults. We pride ourselves on providing a safe & friendly environment for our students & families, where we describe ourselves as one big 'Dance Family'. We have classes available for all abilities, in a wide range of subjects so whether you are a beginner w

ho has always wanted to dance or you are or have a budding performer or professional who is seeking dance training, we will have something to suit. We offer classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Acro, Musical Theatre, Contemporary & Commercial/Street Dance. All of our teachers are ex professional dancers/performers who have a great deal of experience within the dance industry. We are qualified, DBS checked & first aid trained. ADC provide lots of opportunities throughout the year for our students to perform at various events within our local community. We put on annual showcases, attend regional competitions, offer summer schools, West End workshops, annual parties & in-house award ceremonies.

Are you a passionate and inspiring dance teacher looking to make a difference in the lives of young performers? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, self-employed teacher(s) to join our wonderful dance family for permanent teaching opportunities from September 2026!

🩰 We offer:

• Excellent rates of pay
• Running classes in a variety of subjects from a beautiful purpose-built dance studio with sprung flooring, mirrors & ballet barres
• Classes from ages 3 years +
• A welcoming and supportive team environment
• Opportunities to teach a wide range of dance styles

✨ Experience in Acro would be an advantage, but it’s not essential as training can be arranged for the right candidate.

So incredibly proud of these girls for their amazing performances over the past 2 weekends at Felixstowe! Absolutely fantastic results for all our dancers made even more special as we had a few new younger dancers join us this time and a lot of new routines competed. You truly make us all so so proud, improving every time you step out on that stage and being so professional, so kind and supportive of each other! 🖤

What an incredible day we had performing at the Apex! The dances looked absolutely amazing on stage - well done to all those who took part and a huge thank you to the team for helping put together some of the best work yet. Forever grateful for you all.
