Who's in for fully creative group boxercise sessions outdoors for 1hr at only £5 per person?
I have been sorting workouts through the winter months.
You will build up your cardio and also burn fat at the same time. These are designed to have fun with music aswell as put in hard work for only an hour.
I am a qualified first aider, Personal Trainer, group fitness instructor and Advanced resistance trainer..... So don't worry.
My goals for everyone else are
🌞 Get fitter
🌞 Love music
🌞 Enjoy the sunshine
🌞 Get that holiday body
🌞 But ultimately look at meeting new people make friends and have some fun
