Starting Monday 16th March @ 6:30PM at Thamesmead Gym
Looking to improve flexibility, build strength and de-stress after a long day? This flowing yoga class will help you move better, feel stronger and leave you feeling refreshed and recharged.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already experienced, everyone is welcome. It’s a great way to complement your gym training or simply take time to reset your mind and body.
