Hey Team!
A couple of weeks ago I posted regarding Phoenix and some changes occurring.
Firstly, to be completely clear, I have no intentions of leaving Freedom!
I love my classes and the opportunities available at the leisure centre and I’m excited with the direction it’s taking.
However, I am equally excited to share with you some work I have been doing behind the scenes!
We all know how much I love my job and how strongly I feel about developing a pathway for future instructors to have accessible training and development programs within our industry.
A program that encourages learners to step into their authenticity and creativity with pride and passion and to instruct a range of participants safe,
effective, quality, inclusive and diverse classes.
And with the stamp of approval from PCA, as Phoenix Fitness becomes Phoenix Coaching Academy.
I’m not quite ready to roll this out yet - I have some other ventures to focus on first, of which aligns with my desire for professional growth - but - we know I love a busy life!!!
This for me, and for Phoenix, is a step in the right direction for longevity within the industry and an opportunity to share my passion & enthusiasm,
when the time is right, with the future generation of instructors.
