After weeks of cancellations, postponements, and the weather trying to retire us early, we’re finally back in action — 3G to the rescue! ⚽️💚🖤

Friday we take on Wem Town Vets, and Biggins is pulling double duty… playing AND reffing at the same time.
With that giant clock on his wrist, he’s basically Big Ben in football boots 😂🕰️

So if you fancy a proper Friday night laugh, come on down.

MATCHDAY – CUP EDITION! ⚽️

The Allscott Heath Vets are back in action soon as we take on Wem Town Vets in the Cup! 🏆

After our first win, the lads are absolutely buzzing to get back out there… even if most of us are still walking like we’ve just finished a three-day kitchen install 😅🪛

The knees are creaking, the hamstrings are tighter than a cupboard hinge, and the warm-up will probably take longer than the match — but spirits are high and the toolbox is ready! 🔧💪

We’re hoping to keep things well-fitted at the back, solidly built in midfield, and maybe even install a few goals up top! 😉

What. A. Night. 💪

✅ All 11 men finished still standing (miracle).
⚽️ We actually scored (twice on purpose!).
🍺 And yes — we definitely ended up in the bar after.

The lads really fitted in tonight — solid at the back, smooth on the surface, and built from quality materials (mostly MDF knees). We came out fully assembled, drilled into position, and gave Telford a worktop-class performance.

Tonight, the mighty (and slightly creaky) Allscott Heath Vets lads are back at it — taking on Telford town FC Vets in the Shropshire Vets League! 💪

If you fancy watching a bunch of over-aged, under-trained legends trying to relive their youth — come down for a laugh! Expect dodgy first touches, pulled hamstrings, and more heavy breathing than a marathon finish line 😅🍻

After our first outing left 80% of the squad injured and limping to the pub, the goal tonight is simple:

We’ll be playing in the Shropshire Football Association Vets League, and thanks to Allscott Heath FC gaffas Tom Ford and Keith Fletcher we’ll be calling the Allscott ground our new home. Big cheers to them for all the support! 👏
