Sometimes running means pushing through less than ideal conditions - the kind that test your grit, patience, and mindset.
But at the end of the day, it's not about how fast you go or how hard it feels... it's about showing up, giving it your best, and crossing that finish line with a smile. 😅

Remember: sometimes it is tough - but it’s also meant to be fun. Run for the joy, the challenge, and the feeling of accomplishment that nothing else compares to!

Tackled the Tittesworth Water 10k Trail Race today in the beautiful (and brutal) Peak District.
With 1,165 feet of elevation and relentless underfoot, it’s never an easy race and the rain made it even tougher this year. Still…
One foot in front of another & got it done:

• 19th overall
• 3rd in my age category
• 9 minutes faster than last year

A challenging but rewarding day out! 🏃
