You can think of the chakras as a map.
Not something mystical that needs to be “fixed”, but a way of noticing where life feels open and where it feels stuck.
When you keep meeting the same pattern, start with curiosity.
Feeling unsafe, unsettled or unable to trust? Explore the root.
Disconnected from pleasure, creativity or intimacy? Sacral.
Struggling with confidence, agency or taking action? Solar plexus.
Protecting your heart or finding it difficult to receive? Heart.
Swallowing your truth or struggling to communicate it? Throat.
Feeling disconnected from intuition or unable to see a way forward? Third eye.
Searching for meaning, connection or something beyond yourself? Crown.
And then work with that part of yourself.
Through movement. Breath. Meditation. Journalling. Rest. Sound. Nature. Honest conversations. Sometimes therapy. Sometimes noticing what you’ve been avoiding.
The idea isn’t to have seven perfectly “open” chakras at all times.
It’s to become curious about where your energy, attention and patterns keep getting caught and gently create movement there.
Because sometimes the path isn’t actually blocked.
There is just a part of us asking to be met before we can move forward. ✨
