Busylizzy Teddington is a members’ club that provides pregnancy & postnatal fitness classes, and baby classes, as well as a programme of Zoom classes, workshops and social events, all under one membership. We have a variety of membership options to choose from and run throughout the whole year, so there’s no need to join at the beginning of a term or pay for blocks of classes in advance. Pick and choose from a range of classes and manage your membership through our user-friendly app. We're mindful of the importance of having a village around you when you’re in the thick of being a new parent. So, above all, Busylizzy puts a real focus on enabling those connections with other like-minded mums.

Look at this! Actual adults having actual conversations! Hot drinks while they're still hot! Someone who gets why you laughed AND cried in the same five minutes!

This is the Busylizzy magic nobody tells you about - you rock up thinking "my baby needs stimulation" and leave with a WhatsApp group that's basically your lifeline 😂

This is what 10am looks like at Busylizzy – mums moving, babies playing, and nobody judging if you haven't brushed your hair yet 😅

Our Mummy&Me classes are the perfect excuse to get out of the house, meet other local mums who get it, and remember what your body can do (spoiler: more than you think).

No childcare needed. No pressure.

Just you, your baby, and a room full of women who understand that some days, just showing up is the win.
