And that is the XC season done.

Today we finished The SWXC Series with Round 5 at old hill bike hosted by Wheal Velocity Cycle Club and what a difference in weather compared to last year, this time we had Sun and it was dry. 🤣

Well done to all our riders that have taken part in the series this year it was awesome to see so much green out on the courses.

This year we have seen an increase in rider numbers in the U8’S, U10s which is great to see for the sport.

Yesterday club riders Archie, Leighton, Felix and Harry raced at the The Cornwall Bicycle Project CIO Down Hill event the last one before Woodysbikepark closes its gates.

It was a great day of fun the track was very dusty and grass was slippery.

A great display of skill put on by our riders to get from top to bottom on a challenging fast running course.

The Day wasn’t with out it challenges Felix rear mech started failing and Harry’s 2nd race run was hit with technical issue which ruined his run.
