Wednesdays and Thursdays in Tavistock - a fun, friendly dance fitness class for all ages and abilities.

Get your heart rate up, burn calories, improve your overall fitness and let your hair down for an hour!

You don't need previous dance experience, you don't need a partner and you don't need special dance shoes.

Only £7 per session or £24 for 4 classes - no need to book, just turn up, there'e plenty of space.

What a way to start the new season!! Welcome to our new Fitsteppers and well done everyone - some of those new moves aren't easy! I have missed my weekly hour of joy but we are back with a bang!!

Tonight's the night!! After a lovely summer break, I am raring to go.
Can't wait to see everyone at 7pm.

We are starting the new term with these 4 dances, new steps, catchy tunes and of course, a bit of Dolly.
