Great to be outside this morning! These ladies always work so hard and it’s great they can do something for themselves. It’s hard for mums to find time for themselves with babies / toddlers so it’s great they do fit this in and bring their babies / children with them.

I am running a session for mums (like this one) tomorrow at 12:30 (from my home in Nerrols) so if anyone is interested, I have two spaces available.
