Born in Palermo, Sicily, I am a passionate sports and personal fitness coach who learned by doing, from growing up playing a range of sports at competition level to helping others reach their personal goals. I have always been passionate about health, and those early experiences led me to pursue a Level 4 Elite Personal Training certification, the highest level of industry recognition. I studied p

ersonal training for more than 10 years and have worked with professional athletes and prepared people for military and police entry fitness tests. After studying at The Italian Fitness Federation, I moved to the UK in 2019 and I now combine my love of fitness and nutrition to help clients in Somerset and East Devon live better. My focus is on form, posture, injury prevention and injury recovery. Whatever your goal, I will be able to get you there.
