Amazing session taking part in the (HAF) Holiday Activities and Food Programme 2024.
We did 2 very successful classes for ages 10-15yrs and 5-9yrs, It’s always a pleasure to see our local kids push themselves through boxing & self defence.🦋🥊

We brought Xpress Yo’self Performance to Ipsley Middle School yesterday. I loved to see the big queues of children participating in our short boxing demos, we seen some hard hitters and met some amazing personalities. I hope to see some of you in our future Boxing & Self Defence classes.🦋🥊
