Do not fall for the marketing on the packets! 30g serving wouldn’t satisfy anyone and the sugar content will just keep you craving for more food (as strategically designed by the manufacturer). If you are looking to start a healthy lifestyle, feel better about yourself and lose weight, then first tip for good morning nutrition is to ditch the cereal 🤬
