Training chest and triceps is massively underrated for women—but honestly, it’s one of the best combos you can hit…

Here’s why it’s worth prioritising:

🔥 Upper body strength (that actually shows)
Chest + triceps are your pushing muscles. Getting these stronger means:

* Better press strength (bench, push-ups, shoulder press)
* More control in everyday movements (pushing doors, lifting, carrying)
