Hey guys, just a quick reminder from the terrifyingly dangerous world of ice hockey...π β₯οΈ
Some of us joined hockey for the friendships, the laughs, the post-game pints, and the one teammate who still can't stop properly after 3 seasons.
Crazy concept, I know.
Not everyone's here to act like they're starring in 'The Wolf of Warm-Up'. Some people actually love the sport because it brings people together - different ages, different abilities, different backgrounds.
Hockey's supposed to be about community. About road trips, team photos, inside jokes, and pretending the bruises 'don't hurt that much'.
You can be competitive without acting like every Instagram caption is a WWE promo. Believe it or not, supporting your team doesn't require developing a superiority complex and threatening everyone with your DMs. Revolutionary stuff.
The best teams usually aren't the loudest online - they're the ones people actually enjoy being around. Funny that.
And honestly? That's what makes the sport great.
So maybe instead of 'stay in your lane,' we make the rink a place where more people actually want to join the lane.
Anyway, see you all at training. We'll be the ones building team spirit instead of a Marvel villain origin story ππ½
