Ok here it is.......never been done before at LSPT.......” Ultimate Dance Fitness” and Pilates straight after with Mo. Looking at Starting classes Thursday 5th March 6pm Dance then 6.45pm Pilates, why not book both classes?
Each class cost £6. We can only take 12 on each class so be quick as I know people have been asking!!!!

Good News everyone- just found out that LSPT has been awarded
“ Best Personal Training Centre- South West England 2019”
This is all down to the hard work the PTs , Sports Therapists and instructors do to help everyone who comes to reach their goals and it’s nice to see them rewarded in this way.
