Shout out to the 🏆 South Wales Pan-Disability League (SWPDL)! 👏⚽

The South Wales Pan-Disability League is a football league that provides inclusive competitive football for players with disabilities across South Wales. It brings together teams of different abilities so everyone can play in organised leagues and festivals.

What SWPDL does
⚽ Runs pan-disability football leagues across South Wales
👥 Open to different ages, genders, and abilities
🏟️ Offers 7-a-side and 11-a-side competitive football
🤝 Brings together inclusive clubs and community teams
🏆 Works with football festivals and competitions in Wales

The league itself was formed in 2024 by founding clubs including teams like Aberystwyth Exiles and Sandfields Lions & Lionesses to create proper competitive opportunities for disabled footballers in the region.

💙 It’s a big step for inclusive sport in Wales, giving players the chance to compete, build confidence, and be part of a proper football community.
