Well ladies and gents, we did it. Leah Wilsher, Queen of the Mountains 👸

So after dad's liquid carb loading session in the pub Friday night with the boys from work, dad, Macsen and myself went surfing this morning. Surfability UK CIC is one of the amazing groups that we are hoping to raise money for, in tomorrow's summit challenge 🙏

So yesterday morning dad finished his last big training session, by completing the 10YFAN challenge (climbing up and down Pen y Fan 10 times. Total of 40 miles). Starting at 1800 on Saturday, he finished at 1100 Sunday. Already for the big one now, 😊

Fantastic day in Dagenham on Saturday at the inaugural East London Adaptive and VI Championships. A gold for Leah and a hard fought bronze for Macsen. Great to meet up with such an inspirational group of people. The Adaptive Judo community is absolutely awesome. Thank you all for another fantastic experience 🙏🥋
