Another strong class done with the fitness ladies this morning — energy high from start to finish, plenty of hard work, laughs, and serious effort put in by everyone.

These sessions are about more than just training. They’re about building confidence, pushing limits, supporting each other, and creating an environment people genuinely enjoy being part of.

After three years of competing, this moment feels incredibly special.

Taking the overall win in the Over 45s bikini category in 2026 really means a lot to me—not just because of the title, but because of everything it represents. The early mornings, the discipline, the setbacks, the lessons… all of it has led to this.

Looking back, I’m proud of what I’ve achieved along the way:

* IBFA 1st place, Over 40s Welsh Champion 2024
* IBFA 2nd place, Athletic category 2025

Each step has shaped me, not just as a competitor, but as a person and a coach.

But now—it’s time.

Time to step back from the stage and take a well-earned break. Not because the passion has gone, but because priorities evolve. Right now, my focus shifts to Megan and the amazing women I coach. Helping them grow, succeed, and find their own confidence on stage is just as rewarding—if not more.

That doesn’t mean I’m stepping away from the lifestyle. I’ll still be training, staying in shape, and living what I preach. That part of me never switches off.

This is just a new chapter. One built on balance, growth, and giving back.

Grateful for the journey so far—and excited for what’s next.
