Hi, I'm Fiona, a sports and deep tissue massage therapist based in Swansea. As an active person who's interests include running, walking and equestrian sport, I have over the years suffered a variety of injuries and as a result taken an active interest in human biomechanics and how to maintain a healthy happy body! Having completed a VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy and currently studying for a Level 4 Diploma, I am keen to share my skills and knowledge with others, to prevent and treat muscular injuries and tension. I have successfully treated a variety of persons, assisting with healing and ongoing prevention of injury. My clients have gone on to successfully complete a number of races up to marathon distance. I also have clients who compete at the highest levels within the dressage industry.
