NO QUICK FIXES 👏🏻
2 years in. 17kg down. Muscle built. Strength gained. All while managing PMOS (PCOS), an active social life, a busy job and plenty of stress thrown in along the way 💫
This isn’t a quick fix. It’s not an 8 week shred or a 6 week challenge.
It’s real, achievable, maintainable progress 💪🏻
It’s a lifestyle change, not a temporary plan 🙅🏼♀️
The habits, the training, the sensible food choices, day in and day out for 2 years. These are just part of my amazing clients life now.
I know it sounds boring but CONSISTENCY really is KEY 🔑
And the longer you are consistent, the more embedded these lifestyle changes become 💞 until it is IMPOSSIBLE to slip back into old habits 🙌🏻
