We went through some of the movements from her program 🏋🏼‍♀️ a few form tweaks and tips, making sure that everything was looking AND feeling spot on 😍

So lovely to actually speak face to face. Excited to see what the next phase in her training brings 💪🏻

Imagine you were given a car and you had to drive that one car for the rest of your life 💭 no replacement if it breaks.

Think about how carefully you would drive that car, how you’d choose good quality products to put into it and how well you would maintain it ✨

Now apply that same logic to your body 💞 because you can’t swap that out when it starts falling apart.
