NO QUICK FIXES 👏🏻

2 years in. 17kg down. Muscle built. Strength gained. All while managing PMOS (PCOS), an active social life, a busy job and plenty of stress thrown in along the way 💫

This isn’t a quick fix. It’s not an 8 week shred or a 6 week challenge.

It’s real, achievable, maintainable progress 💪🏻

It’s a lifestyle change, not a temporary plan 🙅🏼‍♀️

The habits, the training, the sensible food choices, day in and day out for 2 years. These are just part of my amazing clients life now.

I know it sounds boring but CONSISTENCY really is KEY 🔑

And the longer you are consistent, the more embedded these lifestyle changes become 💞 until it is IMPOSSIBLE to slip back into old habits 🙌🏻

Far too many mums I speak too feel bad for taking time away from their children to workout.

Your kids deserve a happy, healthy mum 💖 and YOU deserve to be happy and healthy ✨

Taking a few hours to yourself every week will have no negative effect on your children but can make a massive difference to your mental and physical health 🙂‍↕️

How does your food make you FEEL? 🤔

Are you eating your meals and feeling good after? Energetic?
Happy? Alert? 😍

Or is what you are choosing to eat leaving you feeling lethargic? 🥱

Bloated? Sluggish? Heavy? 🫩

At the end of the day, food is fuel. Obviously there is an emotional element to eating also, but what you are choosing to fuel yourself with regularly should make you feel good 💖

You can’t tell me a diet heavy on pre packaged meals, fast foods and takeaways is ever going to have you feeling great? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Focus your diet around homemade meals, whole foods, vegetables, fruit, lean proteins 🍎🥦🍠🍗

Eat good 🤝 feel good

➡️ train like you mean it
➡️ wake up at a decent time and start your day organised
➡️ accept that may have to limit alcohol to make progress
➡️ if you’re not loosing weight, you’re not in a calorie deficit
➡️ changing your habits is going to be hard 🤷🏼‍♀️
