What incredible results coming from our 6 weeks finishers! An incredible 7.4% body fat loss and 6.4lbs muscle increase with 17.5cm lost. If you only looked at the scale, you may be disappointed with the 3.2lbs lost but the main thing here is the change of body composition which in turns means inches lost.

Making time to train gives you a chance to focus on your own strength, enjoy some company and do something for yourself.
