Another cracking session this evening, even in the heat!

Only the 2nd week, and it already feels like home 🤩

We have identified key focus points now and are looking forward to beginning our work on the development of our players!

We have such a friendly, encouraging and hard working group already and we can’t wait to see what they’re made of 💪🏻

⚽️⭐️ LADIES RECREATIONAL TEAM - PLAYERS WANTED ⭐️⚽️

The Emerald Eagles is the latest recreational ladies football team in and around the Sutton area, and we are looking for players!

Our first session on Friday kicked us off to a great start as women of all ages and ability joined together to play the game they love!

The teams aims are to:

🏆 Help develop core skills

🏆 Promote fitness and wellbeing

🏆 Increase social opportunities

🏆 Offer support and unity

🏆 Encourage teamwork

We are currently working towards becoming an FA accredited club to be entered into the Surrey Flexi League

Come and join us to say you were there when it all began. Support us as we grow on our journey to be something great!

The team are friendly, inclusive and professional with perks such as free parking, social events and goalkeeper training!

So proud of our first session here at Emerald Eagles FC! Great company, great talent, great vibes!

⭐️ Our sessions are planned with all abilities in mind and aim to test you in the most positive way possible.

⭐️ We ensure full warm ups and stretches to reduce injury while participating and warm downs to help with post-practice seize up.

⭐️ All drills are carefully strategised to enable skill development and can be altered to suit the needs of each individual

⭐️ We offer social gatherings after each session to allow for bonding and extra time away from busy lives

If you are interested in advancing women’s football and would like to be involved without the physical aspect of being a player, we have lots of space for you! Please drop us a message if you would like to be involved!
