Hi All,

Come and join the fun this October Half Term and book your child a space on the Jake Carruthers October Half Term Camps 2025.

The camps will run Monday 27th October-Friday 1st November and will run 9-3pm. Half day options will also be available 9-12pm and 12-3pm.

The camps will be similar to the summer and will focus on the following timetable

9-9.30am- Speed, Agility, Coordination and Flexibility exercises
9.30-10.30am- Drills/ Rally Practice
10.30-10.50am- Snack Break
10.50-11.30- Serve Practice
11.30-12pm- Game
12-12.30pm- Lunch
12.30-2pm- Tournament
2-3pm- Games

Hi All,

I hope you are well.

I am so excited to share with you information on our summer camps 2025 at Sutton Churches Tennis Club.

Our tennis camps are run by our amazing and enthusiastic team of coaches. They are an amazing way to keep your child active and enjoying sport during the summer period. We run an 4-8 year old category and a 9-16 year old category with a maximum of 16 children in each so we work on a 1:8 child to coach ratio which is amazing for camps.

A full week of camps 9-3pm is £168 which works out at £5.60 per hour for really high quality coaching.

Our summer camps will be every week of the summer holidays Monday-Friday.

Full day options 9-3pm or Half day options 9-12/12-3pm will be available for your child and we will be offering a 10% early bird discount (need to book 2 weeks before start of course) or a 10% sibling discount.

Please book early to help me get coaches and assistants organised. I pride myself in running great camps but it really helps if people book early so I can organise me or my team ready for the day.

Hi Everyone,

My name is Jake Carruthers and I am the head coach at Sutton Churches Tennis Club. Sutton Churches is a 7 court tennis club just off Gander Green Lane. We have an amazing, highly experienced coaching team and our coaching programme offers tennis lessons to both children and adults of all ages and abilities.

Our team goal is simple it’s “To get lots of children and adults picking up a tennis racquet and having the best time”.

Tennis is an amazing way to burn calories, learn a new skill, socialise and make friends.

Sutton Churches has something for everyone from walking tennis to tots tennis. And its very affordable!
