ic with fast and slow rhythms, as well as resistance training. Introducing new routines regularly, however we keep routines so you do become familar with them. Maybe even do it at home :-)
Burner
"max interval training", a method of exercising during which one works out to max potential for 3β4 minutes and then rests or "cools down" for approximately 30 seconds before starting the whole process over again. No weights or any other equipment involved other than your on body weight. Great for toning, weightloss strength and muscle building
