What a wonderful day our 95th anniversary celebration proved to be. You can’t put a price on the value of reconnecting with friends, enjoying classes and performances, or simply just appreciating the League, its rich history and the difference it has made to so many.

To our wonderful teachers and participants, thank you, thank you, thank you! And an even bigger thank you to the Events Team and their trusty team of volunteers for making this special day a reality!

When looking for ways to maintain our range of movement, strength and flexibility, and to provide a bit of variety, you may find that your teacher introduces small items of apparatus as an addition to her class plan.

Hand held weights, balls, resistance bands, scarves, noodles, clubs, ribbons and hoops (space permitting) will bring variety, challenge and fun! Each item brings a different quality and health benefit. Strengthening, toning, stretching and mobilising, improving coordination as well as expressiveness. I’m really excited about our online Fitness FLestival! Here’s a quick guide to help your booking go smoothly 😀
1️⃣ Go to www.bookwhen.com/fl-exercise.
2️⃣ Buy your FLestival ticket BEFORE trying to book on for any classes.
3️⃣ Receive your confirmation email - read it carefully as it contains the password which you need for booking your classes.
4️⃣ Go back to www.bookwhen.com/fl-exercise.
5️⃣ Now the exciting bit! Choose the classes you would like to attend 🕺 and enter the password when prompted.
6️⃣ Receive the confirmation email and store it safely because it contains the zoom links for the classes you want to join on the 20th March.
