HELLO!! I have been pretty quiet on here recently, lockdown life is a lot! But I thought I’d just come on here and say hello for anyone who doesn’t know me!! If you swipe across there’s a few fun facts about me!!! If you want to reply down in the comments your answers feel free! It’s nice to meet everyone 😋 but yes I am Ellie, I am a BalletBums instructor & I run my classes Wednesday evenings! Hope you’re all having a lovely Friday 🌸

Happy Sunday!🤩🤩🤩
Lockdown 3 has been stressful for all of us, I know I’ve been going stir crazy without being to see other people and socialise properly!!
One thing that I’ve thoroughly enjoyed is teaching my BalletBums classes and being able to see people and enjoy dancing with them!!!
Dancing is also a great stress reliever it’s a great form of exercise and it really gets your endorphins going!! It gives you 45 minutes to forget about everything and just dance and get fit!!!
If you’d like to come and have a go my classes are 6:45pm on Wednesdays over zoom!

Happy new year everyone ✨✨✨
I really hope 2021 brings everyone what they hope and wish for and all the happiness they could dream off!!
My 2021 has so far been spent outside enjoying beautiful views and the fresh air!!!

My Balletbums class is starting up again as of Wednesday & it’s just going to be one class for now unless I get lots of people wanting to join in on other days and times!!

So Wednesdays at 6:00pm for my Tone class is when you can join in on Zoom😄 message me to get a space, first class is free, let’s get more movement and fun in 2021 🤩🤩

Sorry I’ve been so quite on here recently!! This month has just all been a bit crazy! But we have still been enjoying our classes online!!!

This week is the last week of classes before our small Christmas break and we are going with a Christmas theme! So if youd like a Christmas themed ballet bums class pop me a message and let’s have some fun!!! ✨✨✨

Went for 3 lovely walks today!!! Got my steps in big time! Not sure my legs will work in tomorrow’s class now 🤣 but so gorgeous to be outside all day in the beautiful sunshine!!!

Looking forward to seeing all your lovely faces on zoom tomorrow for Balletbums!! And anyone not joining come and give it a go 🤩🤩

I honestly cannot name all the benefits dance has given me throughout my life. I don’t believe there has been a day where I don’t have a little wiggle. I have been known to go for “walks” and as soon as I’m by myself I will leap around like no ones watching (occasionally and embarrassingly they are...oops😂)
I think the music and the focus on the movements really take my mind away from whatever it is that’s had me preoccupied, it always has been a massive mood booster.
Having these classes booked in gives me a motivation to get to Wednesday and Thursday evenings, I look forward to them massively🤩
I highly recommend a dance class a week to get your endorphins up and get you smiling, and feeling refreshed!!

Come and give one of mine a go, no commitments and hopefully you’ll be able to enjoy the benefits of dance that I do 🤩

It’s nice I still get to see everyone’s lovely faces over zoom and we still get to enjoy our fun workout even in this time!

Well sadly after last nights announcement all my classes will be moved onto Zoom, after starting my zoom classes last week I know these do work! Very sad to not be able to see everyone’s smiley faces in real life but at least we can still do it through Zoom🤩🤩 This is my Zoom timetable for the moment!! Please pop me a message if you want to join in on the fun!!
