Celebrating Progress in Our Over 55s Health & Wellbeing Programme!

We’re thrilled to share the incredible progress of our Over 55s Health & Wellbeing Programme, a fantastic collaboration between SportWorks and Sutton Tennis & Squash Club Sutton Tennis Coaching Wallington Tennis Club

Since its inception, this programme has been a beacon of hope and health for our community members aged 55 and above. Here are some of the amazing milestones we’ve achieved together:

- Improved Mobility: Participants have shown remarkable improvements in strength and balance through tailored physical exercises, including seated and free-standing activities.
- Enhanced Social Connections: Our sessions provide a wonderful opportunity for social interaction, reducing isolation and fostering new friendships over a cup of tea or coffee.
- Holistic Health Approach: We’ve expanded our focus to include nutrition and mental health, ensuring a well-rounded approach to wellbeing.
- Increased Confidence and Self-Esteem: Regular participation has boosted confidence and self-esteem, empowering our members to lead healthier, more active lives.

A special shoutout to all our dedicated participants and the amazing team at Sport Works and Sutton Tennis and Squash Club for making this journey so rewarding. Together, we’re building a stronger, healthier community!
