A little bit about me :)

I am a qualified Sports Therapist based in Cheam with over 12 years experience in the industry. I graduated in 2016 with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation.

Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of conditions, including chronic pain, lower back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder tension, as well as both new and long-standing injuries. To enhance recovery and mobility, I incorporate dry needling and cupping alongside sports massage, helping to relieve pain and reduce muscular tension. I also provide corrective exercises alongside treatment if needed.

In addition to sports therapy, I am a certified personal trainer, supporting clients in achieving their fitness goals—whether they are recovering from an injury, aiming to stay active, or looking to lose weight.

Beyond my work, I have a strong passion for healthy eating, weight training, road running, and swimming. I also love traveling, experiencing different cultures, and, of course, enjoying great food!
