Here’s how to do inverted ring rows properly:

✅ Grab the rings with a neutral grip
✅ Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels
✅ Brace your core and squeeze your glutes
✅ Pull your chest toward the rings
✅ Keep elbows close and shoulders down
✅ Lower slowly with full control

The more horizontal your body, the harder the movement gets.

If you want real glute growth and power, this is a must-have in your routine.

Here’s how to nail your hip thrusts:

✅ Upper back on a bench or elevated surface
✅ Feet flat, about shoulder-width apart
✅ Chin tucked, ribs down
✅ Drive through your heels to lift your hips
✅ Squeeze your glutes hard at the top
✅ Shins vertical at the top position
✅ Lower slowly with control

Avoid overextending your lower back — keep the tension in your glutes.
