So just got a notification about my memories over the years and this stuck out!!

I remember this like it was yesterday.
I was stubborn with my long hair, the more people asked me to cut it the more I rebelled against it 😂 but 2 years ago today I made the decision to cut my hair and not just my hair but cut negative things out my life. There were changes coming in the near future that weren't going anywhere so this was the fresh start I needed.
New hair, new career path, new journey and I haven't looked back since.

Who says change is a bad thing 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

We missed our strength session today because of our different schedules but I put in a 3.2 mile run and will put today’s session in tomorrow instead with Scott.

Week 3 Day 1 Strength programme!!!!

This is the last superset which comprises of:

15 x single arm cable fly (Scott will turn inwards slightly more to work more of the inner chest, Joe opens out for full range of motion)

10 x pull ups (broken into as many sets as you need but aiming for 1 complete set of 10)

3 sets!!!!

SP ATHLETIC IS A NICE RIGHT???

Maybe, but it can get pretty terrible if that’s what you want and all you have to do is ask.

Seriously though, sometimes my training has to get insane to satisfy me and I know that all out crazy, energy destroying workouts aren’t for everyone but I bet there are some of you out there that want it.

I bet there are some of you out there like me that like having to be carried home half dead after your workouts.

If Your out there then you need to know I’m here waiting for your call

Good morning,

Week2 Day3 and Lauren and Lavina have joined our session today, I think they might be regretting that decision.
For me (Scott) this is session 1 of 2 as an old training buddy is coming to see me today and we are gonna have a little work out as well, little more based on Calisthenics work, then gymnastics coaching this evening.
Joe is then following up this with 2 PT sessions and back to the restaurant to finish off his evening with great people!!

Strength is going up and we are having a lot of fun building this programme, we can’t wait to share this with you.
As always our DMs are always open so feel free to give us a shout if you have any questions or looking for any advice!!
