Loved being taught strongman/woman exercises today. Been staring and looking at logs for awhile and finally got to play. 💪

Will definitely be working more on these now... might make a strong Woman out of me, who knows 🙂

On such a high after a fab session from these ladies tonight! 🔥

Tabata format which meant 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest repeated between the exercises.

Sweaty and fast paced and great energy.
