WE'RE ONE TODAY 🎉

One year today, we opened our Kingston doors ready to create a place where the elderly and those with health conditions feel safe, valued and cared for, whilst learning new skills, making new friends and experiencing new opportunities.

Thank you to all those that have supported us in the past year and to all our members, thank you for making our centre so special.

Autumn is here and our Fleet Day Care is alive with activities for you and your loved ones!

Tuesday 8th September: A Day of Kindness and Fun 💜
Celebrate kindness with an enjoyable day full of connection and friendship. We'll be making cards, playing bingo and even offering manicures to those that would like them.

Tuesday 15th and Thursday 17th September: Fitness and Wellness Week 🍉
We're focusing on feeling well together with gentle chair exercises, fruit skewer making and balloon volleyball!

Tuesday 22nd and Thursday 24th September: Oktoberfest Week 🥨
Join us for Bavarian music and karaoke, pretzel tasting and Oktoberfest crafts.

Tuesday 29th September: Autumn Delights Day 🍂
Celebrate autumn by creating your own scented jars, baking and taking part in autumn trivia!
