Hello, Im Simon Guntrip, the owner of Bestfootforward. This works particularly well for those that have limited mobility.

Ballroom, Latin American & Argentine tango evening classes in Surbiton and in residential homes and day centres across London, Surrey and the South East of England I teach Ballroom, Latin American and Argentine Tango dancing in evening classes as well as dance fitness classes using Latin & Ballroom dance steps. It is always a good laugh and people come away from the lesson having learnt a new skil

l and increased their fitness. In addition to this, during the day, I go into Care/Residential homes to dance with the residents and also do some teaching for the staff so that they can get up and entertain the residents. Both residents and staff have a good time and it engages the elderly, keeping them mobile, alert and happy!

Morning folks! its tuesday! And I've got a new pair of to show all the residents of the I will be in today. I a they are always a topic of conversation in the homes & it gives the residents something to focus on, which is particularly good for those living with and are feeling a bit agitated. When I was in a the other day, the said I should get to wear fancy socks when I am dancing. Why have I never thought of this before? I wondered if there is some out there for me? 🤣

So apparently today is international day. I know this is a very popular in a lot of the that I go into. I like to have a go using the scrabble app on my phone as it keeps the little grey cells turning over as they don't get much use otherwise these days! 🤣 Happy Monday to you all!
