Really good class tonight 2 promotions for the lads

First up we had lewis___mitchell gaining a very well deserved Blue belt, been very active with comps at white belt collecting a good few gold medals along the way

Secondly Scott Spenser on a very well deserved brown belt, scott been one of our longest serving members. A night mare on the mats for anyone and forever improving and looking for ways to add to his game.

Alliance Sunderland is a great place for anyone looking to get into training and get active. No experience needed at all!
