Big promotion in the gym last night for Sugar Free Steve.

One of the hardest workers in the gym always looking to challenge himself, a great skill set and great attitude towards training, big Steve is a huge problem on the mats.

Few golds for the team at empiregrappling today, some really good performances. From flying arm bars, big Judo throw and buggy chokes the day had it all.

Huge honour to promote biggeordiejiujitsu1983 to purple belt tonight! 🟪🟪⬛️🟪 🤙🏻
Rob walked into the gym at around 140kgs and now thanks to his hard work and dedication is down to a slim 110kg! He absolutely loves training, loves Jiu Jitsu, and loves the gym!
