Client Spotlight: Jess ✨

From August to now. Zero cardio, no crazy restrictions, just pure strength training, an ever-so-slight deficit, and a woman who showed up for herself every single week. 🫡

Holiday, July 2019.
I thought hammering cardio and restricting myself was the ticket to feeling confident in my own skin.
Instead, I spent the trip watching what I ate, forcing workouts, and still feeling self-conscious.

Looking back now, that version of me needed less punishment and more education. Less restriction and more strategy.

Fast forward to today…
I feel free around food.
I can train because I enjoy it — not because I’m trying to punish myself.
And for the first time, I actually feel confident stepping into a holiday without overthinking everything.

That’s now the exact shift I help women make.
From stressed and restricted… to confident, in control, and proud of their results.

No cutting back just to ‘earn’ a holiday.
No stressing over food instead of enjoying life.
