The lads put in a strong performance today against a very well organised side who held their shape and positions brilliantly throughout the game. Despite that, our boys played some really positive football and showed great determination from the first whistle to the last.

Throughout the game, the boys created plenty of chances, applying pressure, but just couldn’t quite find the finish our play deserved. At times we drifted out of position, but the improvement in the lads’ understanding of their roles is clear to see each week and they are getting much better at staying disciplined and working for each other as a team.

🏆 Man of the Match – Elliot🏆
Man of the Match goes to Elliot- a player who covered every blade of grass today. He ran the length of the pitch all game, showed real hunger and determination, and created some fantastic chances for the team. His work rate and battling attitude never dropped from start to finish, and he should be really proud of the effort he put in today. Well deserved!👏🏆

Another battling performance from the lads, earning a well-deserved draw after giving absolutely everything from the first whistle to the last. We started brightly and applied pressure straight away, creating plenty of chances, but unfortunately couldn’t quite find the finish our play deserved.

The lads came back even stronger in the second half, showing great character, determination and togetherness throughout. Every player worked tirelessly for each other and tried to play the football we’ve been working on in training. The grass pitch caught us out at times, especially after being so used to playing on 4G, but it’s something we’ll keep improving on together.

Another week where we feel unlucky not to come away with all three points, but I can’t fault the lads’ attitude or effort today. Every one of them should be proud of their performance and the way they represented the team.

Another battling performance from the lads today. They gave absolutely everything, but once again the luck just wasn’t on our side 😢 We definitely didn’t deserve to lose that one.
Against a physical and aggressive opposition, the boys stayed composed, worked tirelessly for each other and fought right until the final whistle. From start to finish, it was a performance full of character, determination and team spirit.
Every player should be proud of the way they played and represented the team today. The attitude afterwards summed this group up perfectly: “We go again next week.” 💪⚽ We couldn't be prouder of our boys and their attitude towards the game!

What a match from Freddie! In his very first game, he didn’t just score once — he bagged himself two brilliant goals ⚽⚽
He was relentless from start to finish, putting in strong tackles, working hard for the team and linking up brilliantly with the lads throughout the game. A fantastic all-round performance and a brilliant addition to the squad already.

A tough but spirited match showing real character throughout. The team went into half-time 4–0 down after a challenging first half, but never let their heads drop.

The second half was a completely different story. With no substitutes, every player dug deep, showing great determination and teamwork. Their hard work paid off with three excellent goals, including some well-worked corners they’ve clearly been practising.

Despite facing a physical and aggressive opposition, the boys stayed focused, battled until the final whistle, and can be proud of a fantastic second-half performance.

RCA Under 10’s are on the lookout for experienced players to join our friendly and growing team! Currently playing in Division 9 of the RFYL which is lower level.
