Make sure you begin your training smart 🧠💪
Most people don’t struggle because they’re lazy.
They struggle because their workouts are too big a jump from where they are now.
Instead of forcing yourself into an hour long complicated workout, try this:
• Pick 2 simple movements (for example: Squats & shoulder press)
• Set a 10 minute timer for each exercise
• Move at a steady, controlled pace – focus on form, not speed
• Work in sets for your given time and rest when needed
• Finish with a short walk and a light stretch
If you can work with a smaller session like this, 3 times per week, you’ll see better progress than doing 1 “perfect” workout and then burning out.
