The overall aim of the football development centre is to work on technique, speed, agility, and quickness progressing into team play.

The development school is designed to enhance your child’s natural ability whilst working to a technical program.

FDC Summer Schedule ☀️ ☀️

FDC are excited to announce we will be running 3 weeks (3 day week) of train like a pro football days this Summer at the fantastics Sixways Stadium in Worcester.

We will also have 6 goalkeeper development days.

The days are for boys and girls aged 5-13 and will consist of lots of technical coaching covering the following areas:

•1v1 Attacking and defending games
•Dribbling, turning and control
•Ball striking and finishing
•Small sided games and tournaments
•Ball mastery (The FDC Core Skills)
•Awards at the end of each day

•10am-3pm (early drop off available)

🎉 FDC PRESENTATION EVENING 🎉

What an incredible season it’s been!
On Saturday we celebrated our amazing U7–U15 players at our annual Presentation Evening, and what a night it was! 🌟

Every single one of our players should be incredibly proud of what they’ve achieved this season. 💪

A huge shoutout to all the award winners 🏆, the coaches and volunteers who give up their time week in, week out, and of course the parents and families who cheer from the sidelines in all weathers!

Here’s to a well-earned break and an even bigger season ahead! 👏⚽

⚽ What a day at Villa Park! 🏟️

Our Under 11s had the experience of a lifetime last weekend, playing at Villa Park — and they absolutely loved every second of it! 🌟

It was a day full of big moments, big saves, and even bigger memories. Watching our players run out onto the pitch is exactly what grassroots football is all about — giving young players experiences they’ll talk about for the rest of their lives.

A massive thank you to everyone who made it possible, and to the parents and coaches who cheered every single kick of the ball. 👏

Finally a big congratulations to Aston Villa on winning the Europa League last night. What a top performance by the team 👏

The days will consist of technical coaching which will cover the following areas:

Passing & Sharing
Small Sided & Conditioned Games
Awards and Trophies every day

Curtis signs for Walsall FC✍️

We continue to produce academy level footballers and that’s now number 71!!

A big congratulations to u11’s player Curtis Pettit for signing for Walsall this week. Curtis has had a great season winning the MJPL Vase with the 11’s team and developing into a top footballer.

Curtis intensity, speed and the most powerful left foot we have seen at this age group is the main reason why he’s now playing academy football.

We can’t wait to see how he develops over time. Good luck mate from eveyone at FDC 👏👏

Emory signs for Stoke City ✍️

A big well done to U9’s player Emory Reid on signing for Stoke City recently.

Emory has only been with us since the start of the season but in that time has shown his quality.

He’s fantastic in his 1v1’s and his speed of play is lighting fast which helps him overcome many obstacles in game time.

Emory is player number 70 from FDC to be currently signed at a professional club.
