My Friday afternoon restorative class is getting a Spring glow up and becoming Flow and Restore. It’s a nourishing yoga flow class designed to energise and release tension. It will still be plenty restorative, with a series of juicy nervous system-soothing postures and Savasana to finish. We’re aiming for balanced and rested, ready for the weekend.
