Smart marketers structure their business to outspend everyone else with marketing.

They ask, "What could they do to force people to read it - to incentivise people to read it?" πŸ’‘

It's a seriously smart strategy, but hardly anyone pursues it

Instead of asking how to reduce costs, ask yourself, "What could you do that would allow you to change the economics of getting a customer - to spend more money?" πŸ’°

It's a proper brain-teaser, but get it right, and it can be life-changing.

So, show up like nobody else and change the economics of your business. Don't be afraid to invest in high-quality marketing that will set you apart from your competition.
