Today was cardio & boxing drills

Warm up ➡️
10 minutes on the rower

Main ➡️
Boxing drills on the heavy bag
* bodyweight squats
* boxers sit up
* push ups

⚡️finisher ⚡️50 speed punches 👊 👊 ⬆️

Cool down➡️
10 minutes on stairmaster

My 1️⃣st attempt at making 3 step pancakes 🥞 😋

Original receipt ➡️
* 100g Oats
* 3 eggs
* 1 banana

Due to availability 😅 I used ➡️
* 80g Oats
* 2 eggs
* 1 banana
This managed to make 4 good size pancakes 🥞

I have to say, for my first try they weren't bad 🤷‍♂️, I need a little practice, but will definitely make them again 👌

I topped mine of with greek yogurt and berries

Ps, this was part of my NEW no added sugar diet
