Last night we were one of the many gyms/personal training studios to close our doors.

As of this morning Ensofit’s full personal training and class timetable has gone virtual via Zoom.
We are dropping off kettlebells and resistance bands to all of our members.

I want to thank all of our amazing members so much for supporting each other and Ensofit more than ever during this uncertain time for all of us. It means the world!

Thank you for standing by us and I look forward to seeing you all in the virtual world.

It’s a time to stay at home and save others 🌍

I’m determined to keep supporting everyone now more then ever.

*** New coach on board! ***

We have been absolutely delighted with the growth of Ensofit since we opened in November 2018. With growth and maintaining our high standards brings a superb Personal Trainer to Ensofit. We are so excited to welcome to the coaching team! Beth runs her own successful PT and Bootcamp business, so we are honoured that she will be coaching weekly from April!

Beth’s coaching ethos in her words:

‘My coaching philosophy has developed over the years I have coached from the professional settings I’ve worked in, the teams I’ve been part of and the amazing variety of people I have worked with. Fundamentally I believe in functional movements performed with a focus on strength and intensity which develops across a session and leaves you feeling strong, accomplished but most importantly is a key driver in you achieving your health, fitness and lifestyle goals.

Life is one big journey and the stronger and healthier you feel on that journey the better equipped you are both mentally and physically to handle anything that comes your way ☺’

Enso Yoga

How 6 weeks have flown by! A huge thank you to everyone who has joined me on the mat for all or part of the introductory course, we’ve had fun along the way 😄 Just to recap, we’ve learnt to:

- Connect mind to body
- Stabilise joints during yoga practice
-Activate postures to help prevent wear and tear
- Connect to the breath and use yoga breathing techniques
- Most importantly to self-care, to give ourselves permission to relax in order to find space and ease within both the mind and body.

It really has been a joy for me to share the benefits of a regular yoga practice with you all 🙏🏻

Classes will continue, Wednesdays 6.45-7.45pm and Sundays 9.30-10.30am.

THE ANIMAL IS BACK..

It adds a new dimension to your training 🦍 🦀 🦎

Not tried it? Come give it a go!

It’s a total body weight practice that has been influenced by a number of different disciplines, including yoga and capoeira.

It’s a fantastic way to improve strength, mobility, flexibility, co-ordination and core stability.

Another class included in Ensofit memberships. Non members also very welcome. (£10 to non member)

Times and dates:

From 9/3/20:

MONDAYS 7.30pm - 8.15pm
WEDNESDAYS 9.15am-10am

From 11/4/20:

SATURDAYS 9.15am - 10am

Moving is key, but how you move is also very important.

At Ensofit we train members in very small groups to make sure we keep attention to detail.

We all have different lifestyles with different stressors which bring about different weaknesses in our bodies.

We work to eradicate those weak spots and build strong and solid foundations.

Our weekly movement class compliments the strength sessions to aid fast recovery

We know by now, that there is no real secret to becoming a healthier person physically and mentally. But there is always a right way for YOU.

The determining factors will always be different, depending on lifestyle, commitments, health, injury and the biggest factor of all, STRESS.

At Ensofit we aim to help you achieve your health and fitness goals through the use of a balanced approach to your training and nutrition.

Keep it simple, it may not be flashy, but it works!
