AlvaShadow Eye & Muzzle Highlighter ✨

Unfortunately due to a rise in cost of sourcing a single ingredient for the AlvaShadow we’ve been working for a year now to reformulate the product. It’s taken a lot of hard work and testing but we have finally got there.

With great jubilation I would like to reintroduce the AlvaShadow and list some of the differences:

🩶 Longer lasting after application.
🩶 contains added essential oils Geranium, Yarrow & Rose flower to promote anti-anxiety, focus and calm.
🩶Slightly different colour appearance and looks initially to have a thicker consistency but upon application is the same consistency and texture as the original.

🏆 We will be at the Hickstead Derby next week, if you’re competing or visiting come to our stand and see and smell the new but just as good (if not better 👀) AlvaShadow yourself!

𝐀𝐥𝐯𝐚𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭, 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭 𝐌𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬, 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐚’𝐬 & 𝐓𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐬.
A natural defence general spray or sponge on product.

Preventing 𝐓𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐬 AlvaProtect is a natural defence general spray or sponge on product. Preventing ticks is always better than having to remove them. Ticks are blind and find their hosts by detecting ammonia which is given off by a horse's breath and body during sweating or by sensing heat, moisture and vibrations. Ticks are most often found on a horse's chest, muzzle, underbelly, mane, tail or the inside of their flank.

Feather 𝐌𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬 seem to most commonly affect feathered horse's, but any horse can be infected. The feeding and crawling action of the mites causes irritation, making the horse itchy. AlvaProtect is used to initially treat feather mites spray in and brush through daily for the first week then repeat in a fortnight then once a month as a preventative. Ensure the solution gets right down to the skin where the Mites come into contact with it.

While less common than in dogs and cats horses can be affected by 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐚’𝐬.
Fleas are tiny, wingless insects that feed on blood causing discomfort and irritation for horses. Not a typical host for fleas they can still be bitten by them particularly if the horse comes into contact with areas where fleas are present like grassy areas. Most effective if bathed in AlvaNeem prior to Alva protect application. Spray liberally and brush through allowing to dry then reapplying in two weeks for any eggs that may have hatched.
