We are back on Monday 7th September at Tong Hall from 5pm to 6pm. Still spaces available if your kids want to sign up to try it. 4 week block costs £20. Just drop us a message if you want to book or more information.

I can't believe I'm writing this status this close to it. But Steven is out of the fight in November. Absolutely gutted, devastated. 6 months of hard work to s**t. Hes out because he got a head injury when he was younger and it makes me to much of a health and safety risk to fight seemingly. We are all devastated. But to anyone that has donated if you get in touch with Steven himself or the page he's happy to give you the money back. I'm sure you donated to see Steven compete or get punched and unfortunately that won't happen. I'm sorry 💔
