Hey guys – we’re excited to introduce our new SUP + Fitness classes!
Paddle board lesson with a twist!
These sessions are perfect for anyone who loves a challenge – whether you’re brand new to paddle boarding or already confident on the water.
At their core, these are SUP lessons – designed to help you learn or refine your paddling technique. But here’s the twist: we’ve added functional fitness exercises to give you a full-body workout while you’re out on the water.
You’ll build confidence on the board, develop strength, boost cardio, and improve mobility – all in one energising, feel-good session.
Paddle boarding alone already works your core, legs, back, and balance – but by combining it with fun, low-impact exercises, we’re turning it into the ultimate workout with a view.
These classes are running weekly!
