Apparently the UK is getting its yearly ration of sunshine delivered all at once… so training may be slightly sweatier than usual this week. Just slightly 🫠

Classes are still running as normal, but please train smart:

✅ Wear light, breathable clothing
✅ Bring a towel
✅ Bring plenty of water
✅ Hydrate before, during & after training
✅ Pace yourself when needed
✅ Let a coach know straight away if you feel dizzy, sick, cramped or unwell
✅ Look out for your training partners

Combat sports are hard enough without trying to complete side quests in dehydration.

Train hard. Stay safe. Keep cool. 🥊🔥
