KETTFusion goes from strength to strength. Now a regular brand at one of this countries leading fitness event organisers called Fit Jam.
KETTFusion is very popular at the events, first one is in October in Sheffield then another at Alton Towers at the end of January 2025

It's at times like these you must think about SWINGING!
No, it's not what you are thinking.
Now all leisure centers have closed, it is imperative that you keep your immune system running healthily.
This is where exercise comes in.
It is difficult to motivate yourself to do exercise at home on your own, so why not try the KETTFusion follow-along class?
Normally £15, I have slashed the price to just £5 during this corona pandemic.
The 55 minute fitness class, suitable for all ages and fitness levels consists of:

1. An Introduction
2. A warm up.
3. An aerobic kettlebell section
4. A martial arts exercise section
5. A floor exercise section
6. A cool down

Hi Everyone!
Unfortunately, poor Sally Ball has a streaming cold, and has asked me to take her KETTFusion class tomorrow, Saturday the 25th Feb, at 10.30am at SSV.
So I will be there.
Would be lovely to see some old familiar faces, do hope you can make it?
I understand that because of football congestion, parking can be difficult, so maybe do what I'm doing, parking at Iceland, then walking in, only takes 5 mins, a nice warm-up ready for the class.
Get your singing voices in tune, we will kick it off with some Motown songs!

ps There was a rumour that the vikings were coming to disrupt the class, ra**ng and pillaging, all within Lifeleisure's health & safety edicts of course, but they are going elsewhere, thank God!

There are a number of KETTFusion classes now in the Stockport area. The newest is at Zestus, Prince's Street in Stockport. (Opposite Cash Converters)
6.45pm to 7.30pm Tuesdays.

Two great events coming up.
After lots of negotiation, I have managed to invite the world-famous SUMO wrestler, SumTingWong to address two KETTFusion classes on the dangers of overeating at Christmas.

So where am I books wise? Now, finished all 4 books in my trilogy The wand Chronicles.
They are taking turns in flying off to Australia to be professionally edited, then when back, preparing for a big book launch in February.
